Day 2 - Saturday

Today the stones started coming out via my bowel movements. This was the part you were waiting for, isn't it? Maybe I'll post some photos. In the meantime, I have them stored in a plastic bottle for those with strong stomachs. Phil, a coworker friend, has already expressed interest in seeing "what becomes of this", and maybe he'll try it too.

They come in all different shapes and sizes, but one thing they are NOT is smooth. They have jagged edges kind of like a rough diamond. Some are black, some are bright green, some are tan. I've read somewhere that these "stones" are the result of calcified cholesterol. These are not rock hard, as you might think, but can actually be squished between your fingers if you press hard enough.

I really owe www.eczemacure.info a big thank-you for helping me realize I could do this. In all, I probably have about 50 stones, some big some small. I've read testimonials online where people do these types of cleanses every two weeks. One lady, who was on her 15th cleanse, eliminated stones about the size of a pecan. Amazing! Maybe after I do my lemonade cleanse, I will do another round of this liver flush.

Tonight I was pondering how to proceed now that the liver cleanse is over. Should I go out and get a nice salad from the local Cafe Rio Mexican restaurant? I decided that it would be in my best interest to continue straight into the lemonade cleanse. I'll have to visit Cafe Rio another time. I think I'm going to start on the 10 lemonade cleanse called, "The Master Cleansser", a program invented by Stanley Burroughs. I've had his book for several years, and I think I may have even started this cleans before, but I never got passed day three.

I'm going to go the full 10 days this time, maybe even longer. You see, I have some eczema that has returned and I'm determined to make it go away for good. Lotions and creams provide some relief to the itching, but who wants to live with this forever? Not me.

I have done a lot of research on this, and it seems to indicate that skin conditions, of any kind, are the result of a dirty body inside. And with eating the traditional American diet for 30+ years, who wouldn't need a good internal "spring cleaning"?
